What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to recipes, menus, and production schedules
• meet meal timing, quality, and presentation standards
• follow food safety, sanitation, infection-control, and kitchen safety requirements
• accommodate residents’ dietary needs and preferences
• review menus and production sheets
• clean and organize the kitchen
• label, date, rotate, and store food
• monitor temperatures and document them
• assist with supplies and inventory
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• support Dining Services and assist with events and resident programs as needed.
