What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines
• serve meals on time at the proper temperature and presentation
• follow portion control and safe food-handling practices
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• assist with inventory, food storage, and supply rotation
• collaborate with the Dietary Manager and team.
