What you'll do

• Communicate property issues and special cases to management
• process recertifications, interviews, forms, rent calculations, and leases
• inspect grounds and common hallways
• monitor vacant apartment readiness
• conduct housekeeping home visits and outreach
• act as a resident liaison with public and private agencies
• support rent collection and delinquency procedures
• assist with supervising office, maintenance, and contract staff.
