Registered Nurse (RN), Acute Rehabilitation

What you'll do

• Maintain proper resident care in a clean and safe environment
• develop and ensure nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• make nursing diagnoses that guide care
• collaborate with residents and healthcare team members
• record medication administration
• monitor assigned staff for compliance with safety regulations, facility procedures, and state and government requirements
• follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies
• perform other duties as directed.
