What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and policies
• respond calmly to incidents and medical emergencies
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters
• monitor access and visitor activity
• provide directions and escorts as requested
• report unusual conditions and incidents
• prepare accurate reports and communicate with healthcare staff and leadership.
