Machine Operations Manager – Cannabis Manufacturing

The Machine Operations Manager role is onsite in Tigard, Oregon, overseeing first- and second-shift operations. Compensation is $55,000–$65,000 per year. The manager supports the organization’s machine-based manufacturing operations and works with production leadership. This role coordinates production schedules, staffing, equipment performance, ERP workflows, vendor relationships, and safety initiatives so manufacturing goals are met while maintaining quality, compliance, and reliable operations.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage production schedules
• coordinate priorities and monitor output with the Production Manager
• train and lead machine operators across first and second shifts
• manage staffing schedules, performance reviews, and development
• administer production workflows and maintain ERP data
• coordinate OEM support, repairs, maintenance, and equipment upgrades
• maintain equipment documentation and SOPs
• collaborate with Production, Fulfillment, and Supply Chain
• promote safety and regulatory compliance
• analyze downtime, scrap, and bottlenecks for improvement.
