The Speech-Language Pathologist — PRN role is onsite in Herndon, VA, with stated pay of $59–$65 per hour. TMC provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long-term care providers. What you'll do

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
• formulate diagnoses
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide therapeutic interventions for communication and swallowing
• assess the need for and implement augmentative and alternative communication systems and devices in collaboration with patients, families, and caregivers
• evaluate and treat dysphagia using clinical assessments, exercises, compensatory strategies, diet modifications, and rehabilitation techniques.
