Product Manager, Retail Experience

The Product Manager, Retail Experience role is hybrid in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, with three days per week in the office and regular travel to stores. Compensation is not specified. The position owns the roadmap connecting physical stores with Backcountry.com, aiming to create a consistent cross-channel experience and improve store conversion and revenue. It translates customer and store needs into product requirements and coordinates delivery with engineering, design, merchandising, marketing, analytics, and operations.

What you'll do

• Own the retail customer-experience roadmap
• improve buy-online-pick-up-in-store, ship-from-store, inventory visibility, returns, loyalty, and store services
• partner with store teams
• define and track success metrics
• work with engineering on point-of-sale, inventory, order-management, and customer-data systems
• create repeatable store-launch playbooks
• collaborate across functions.
