The Personal Training Sales Manager role is onsite in Litchfield Park, AZ, with compensation of $30,000–$60,000+ annually through base pay, commissions, and bonuses. Bandon Fitness operates more than 250 Anytime Fitness locations and aims to help people change their lives physically, mentally, and emotionally. This manager sells and grows the club’s personal training business while leading fitness professionals and helping members find coaching suited to their goals. The role supports member results, retention, and the club’s growth.

What you'll do

• Meet with members to understand their goals and recommend coaching
• conduct fitness consultations and assessments
• drive personal training sales, renewals, upgrades, and referrals
• lead, coach, and develop personal trainers
• support member experience and retention
• partner in leading the club.
