What you'll do

• Provide in-person and phone customer service
• prepare patients and examination rooms
• take vital signs
• give injections and apply splints and dressings
• maintain and sterilize supplies and equipment
• process referrals, check-in and check-out, eligibility, copayments, scheduling, charts, and authorizations
• relay provider communications
• maintain records and confidentiality
• assist with surgery scheduling and procedure authorization.
