The Entry-Level Electrical Engineer — Product Validation role is onsite at a customer’s engineering and manufacturing facility in Dubuque, IA. Compensation is not specified. The role contributes to product development by designing and documenting electrical systems, coordinating testing, resolving issues, and working with cross-functional teams to verify system requirements.

What you'll do

  • Lead and execute electrical product validation and verification activities for machine platforms and subsystems
  • support electrical system and component design, including wire harnesses, circuit definition, connector selection, and routing integration
  • develop and review schematics, harness drawings, and design documentation
  • plan, coordinate, and perform functional, environmental, durability, and EMC testing
  • investigate and resolve electrical issues
  • represent electrical engineering on product delivery and validation teams
  • collaborate with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and supplier teams
  • author and review requirements, test plans, reports, and technical documentation.
