The work contributes to reliable financial reporting through lease transaction analysis, reconciliations, technical accounting research, and collaboration with Asset Services and other internal teams.

What you'll do

• Perform lease-related accounting and reporting
• account for revenue recognition for new leases, amendments, and other transactions
• monitor active leases and key milestones
• research complex lease accounting matters
• prepare rental revenue assumptions and monthly reconciliations
• analyze revenue fluctuations
• reconcile general ledger accounts
• support CAM reconciliations, SEC reporting, audits, and process improvement.
