Creative Resource Manager

What you'll do

• Manage creative resourcing across assigned marketing channels
• intake resource requests and assign specialists based on availability, workload, and skills
• monitor utilization and identify gaps or bottlenecks
• forecast resource needs
• collaborate with project managers and creative leads to reprioritize assignments
• maintain capacity dashboards and reports
• recommend hiring or upskilling strategies
• escalate capacity risks
• coordinate staffing plans for high-priority projects
• champion workload balance and team wellbeing.
