What you'll do

• Coordinate daily pharmaceutical care
• perform drug distribution functions including computerized order entry, prospective review and verification of physicians’ orders, and IV admixture preparation
• carry out clinical activities to optimize therapeutic outcomes and document interventions
• communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff
• provide education to pharmacy colleagues and healthcare professionals
• oversee technicians’ drug preparation and distribution activities.
