Logistics Technician

Job overview

The Logistics Technician role is onsite in Henrico, VA. Compensation is $20 per hour. The position supports Collegiate School’s campus and facility operations, reporting to the Logistics and Custodial Supervisor. The technician prepares event spaces by moving and arranging furniture and equipment according to event plans, then checks spaces for safety and cleanliness. The role also supports campus readiness through custodial work, internal moves, deliveries, and asset transport.

What you'll do

• Set up and break down events, meetings, and functions according to diagrams
• move, arrange, and store furniture and equipment
• coordinate adjustments with organizers and supervisors
• inspect spaces for layout accuracy, safety, and cleanliness
• perform custodial and maintenance duties
• assist with internal moves and deliveries
• report maintenance needs and hazards.
