What you'll do

• Provide onsite technical support for Common Use technologies
• perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and inspections on workstations, monitors, printers, kiosks, mobile carts, and biometric cameras
• document and close trouble tickets
• escalate issues to engineering teams or vendors
• maintain asset records and assist with inventory
• and communicate professionally with airport staff, airline representatives, and vendors.
