What you'll do

• Provide psychosocial rehabilitation services to adult and adolescent clients
• conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• facilitate psychoeducation sessions and therapeutic activities
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• document client progress and maintain compliant records
• engage families and caregivers
• monitor client behavior and report changes
• attend weekly and monthly supervision sessions with the Clinical Director.
