Customer Service Representative | Part-Time

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is in person in Clinton, IA, with compensation of $17–$19 per hour. The schedule is 20–24 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Culligan of Clinton provides commercial and residential water conditioning. The representative handles customer communications and account transactions to help exceed customer expectations. The role answers calls, processes payments, creates delivery and service orders, sets up accounts, and follows up on product or service issues.

What you'll do

• Answer phone calls

• charge out daily routes and service work
• handle past-due accounts and collections
• set up customer accounts
• create delivery and service orders
• assign leads to sales representatives
• wash bottled water coolers
• resolve product or service issues and follow up
• complete forms and reports.
