What you'll do

• Develop work plans for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance
• create and schedule CMMS work orders
• ensure materials, tools, and labor are available
• review plans with supervisors and crafts
• monitor maintenance metrics
• assist with root cause analysis and reliability improvements
• maintain bills of materials, parts lists, and spare-parts inventory
• lead planning and coordination meetings
• ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and maintenance standards
• update documentation, drawings, and procedures
• support shutdowns, outages, and critical events.
