The Sales Enablement Analyst role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, supporting a nationally operating sales organization. Salary is $80,000–$100,000 per year. Inspire Medical Systems develops an FDA-approved device intended to reduce obstructive sleep apnea severity for people who cannot tolerate or consistently benefit from CPAP. The analyst turns sales and market data into actionable insights that connect national strategy with field execution. By partnering with Sales Leadership and Sales Enablement Advisors, the role supports performance monitoring, opportunity identification, prioritization, and measurement of sales initiatives.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Director of Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership on tools, analyses, reporting, and insights
• provide individualized analytical support to Sales Enablement Advisors
• translate data into actionable insights
• improve visualization and reporting tools
• analyze market trends, gaps, and opportunities
• support recurring and ad hoc requests
• help prioritize analytical projects and measure initiative impact
• support leadership presentations and business reviews
• document product and therapy-related field reports and complete required training.
