What you'll do

• Prepare and cook pizzas to established recipes and quality standards
• stretch, top, and bake pizzas during busy service
• operate pizza ovens safely
• prepare dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings
• maintain a clean workstation and follow food safety standards
• monitor inventory and communicate product needs
• coordinate with kitchen staff to complete tickets
• and assist with other food preparation as needed.
