What you'll do

• Supervise, direct, and assist room attendants and house persons
• inspect VIP rooms, guest rooms, and corridors
• prepare work orders and maintain supply levels
• train staff and monitor performance
• prepare work performance and room status reports
• inventory furniture, fixtures, equipment, and supplies
• report maintenance deficiencies and emergencies
• expedite guest requests
• assist with supplies and tools as needed.
