Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Establish and execute preventative maintenance programs and maintain inspection and service records
• perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems
• maintain HVAC equipment
• complete standard electrical and plumbing tasks
• perform minor carpentry and finish work
• assist with specialized systems
• handle snow removal, lawn care, and groundskeeping
• maintain tools and safety practices
• participate in inspections and respond to on-call or after-hours needs as assigned.

Why this role
