Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate

The Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate role is onsite in Bloomington, MN, Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to noon; pay is $17–$19 per hour. The role reports to the Parts Manager at Lincoln of Bloomington. The associate handles incoming and outgoing parts accurately and efficiently, supporting organized inventory and timely fulfillment. The work helps the parts department meet customer and internal requests while maintaining accurate records and safe storage areas.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• unload, sort, and store parts
• prepare, pack, and ship orders
• maintain shipment and receipt records in inventory systems
• assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies
• keep storage areas clean and organized
• coordinate parts requests with other departments
• operate warehouse equipment safely
• process returns and warranty parts
• support process improvements.
