The Mid-Market Account Executive — Retail SaaS, AI and eCommerce role is remote for eligible locations in the United States or Canada. Base salary is $110,000–$140,000 per year, with target on-target earnings of $220,000–$280,000+ uncapped. The role supports a SaaS company whose AI and machine-learning technology helps apparel retailers improve fit decisions, reduce returns, and improve online shopping experiences. The account executive owns new-business sales from prospecting through contracting, building a pipeline and translating technology into measurable commercial outcomes. The role also collaborates with Marketing, technology partners, agencies, and Product to expand sales opportunities and inform future solutions.

What you'll do

• Own prospecting, discovery, stakeholder engagement, business-case development, negotiation, and contracting
• sell mid-market solutions
• build relationships with retail and apparel brand leaders
• develop outbound pipeline
• collaborate with Marketing and technology partners
• use data and AI-enabled workflows to improve sales activity
• share market feedback with Product.
