What you'll do

• Conduct assigned quarterly client home visits
• complete satisfaction and quality assurance reviews
• observe and document service quality and caregiver performance
• identify and report client, safety, or service concerns
• submit required documentation on time
• maintain client confidentiality and professionalism.
