Residential Advocate, Days is an onsite role in Mora, MN, scheduled 6 AM–2 PM for three weekdays and every other weekend. Pay is $17–$22.85 per hour, plus weekend, evening, and overnight differentials. The role supports clients and families at Recovering Hope Treatment Center, which serves people affected by substance use disorders.

What you'll do

• Support clients’ recovery activities and activities of daily living
• de-escalate behavior and provide supervision and redirection
• update records and complete administrative tasks
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• transport clients as needed
• monitor client whereabouts and document hourly rounds
• facilitate visiting hours
• coach parents as needed
• administer medication according to treatment plans
• conduct urine analysis or breathalyzer drug tests.
