What you'll do

• Assist the Head Cook with preparing and serving meals and snacks
• independently plan, prepare, and serve smaller family-style staff meals
• maintain inventory and receive and store food deliveries
• help maintain kitchen, storeroom, cooler, freezer, and dining hall
• set up equipment
• sanitize utensils and equipment and clean floors
• report incidents and maintenance issues
• maintain safety and health standards and submit end-of-weekend inventory reports.
