What you'll do

• Specialty: Primary Care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine).
• Open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency).
• Position Location: Canton Family Practice (Canton, NY), Gouverneur Hospital (Gouverneur, NY), Massena Hospital/St.
• Lawrence Internists (Massena, NY).
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Call Coverage Requirements: Continuity of care call required.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic working with Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff.
