What you'll do

• Build and own end-to-end QA strategy, standards, frameworks, and definition of done
• develop and maintain UI, API, and integration automation

• align testing with product and business priorities
• communicate risks, defects, and release readiness
• manage QA tools, environments, and reporting
• lead and mentor 2–3 QA engineers while remaining hands-on.
