What you'll do

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction and budgeting through closeout
• manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, change orders, and payment applications
• coordinate owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field supervision
• identify risks and resolve project challenges
• maintain safety, quality, and contractual compliance
• mentor project managers and assistant project managers
• report project progress and financial performance to leadership
• manage client relationships.
