The Flexographic Printing Press Operator is an onsite, full-time direct-hire role in Plymouth, IN, on second shift from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Compensation is $25–$29.12 per hour, based on experience, with a shift premium available for off-shift employees. The role supports production at a flexible packaging manufacturer serving consumer brands. The operator sets up and runs flexographic presses, monitors print quality, and completes changeovers and inspections. This work helps deliver packaging products that meet production, quality, and safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate flexographic presses to job specifications
• monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration
• perform job changeovers
• inspect and document production results
• troubleshoot printing and mechanical issues
• perform routine maintenance and cleaning
• meet production, quality, and safety requirements
• collaborate with production teammates and leadership.
