What you'll do

• Monitor customer receivable accounts and perform collections
• collect past-due invoices
• reconcile and analyze accounts
• ensure accurate billing and timely collection
• resolve payment discrepancies and customer disputes
• reconcile statements and maintain documentation
• review customer master data
• coordinate with other departments and Finance on collections, refunds, and account issues
• verify incoming payments and resolve posting discrepancies.
