The manager oversees assigned properties to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations and compliance with applicable regulations. The role coordinates leasing, resident service, financial reporting, staff supervision, maintenance planning, and property upkeep to support residents and preserve housing communities.

What you'll do

• Manage income recertification, leasing, and re-leasing
• comply with property and landlord-tenant regulations
• provide service to residents, vendors, and employees
• prepare financial reports and assist with budgets
• supervise and train staff
• manage lease violations and evictions in accordance with law
• conduct unit and property inspections
• maintain files, payroll, and safety records
• plan preventive maintenance
• secure project bids
• process invoices and month-end procedures
• schedule 24-hour maintenance emergency coverage.

Why this role
