The Part-Time Attorney, ADA Compliance & Legal Project Support role is onsite in Caguas, Puerto Rico, with compensation of $25–$35 per hour. The attorney supports legal and regulatory compliance initiatives.

What you'll do

• Provide legal guidance on ADA accessibility, nondiscrimination, and reasonable accommodation requirements
• review policies, procedures, agreements, and supporting documents for compliance gaps
• conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, reports, and recommendations
• support compliance action plans and, when applicable, federally funded program documentation and audit responses
• coordinate with teams, counsel, and stakeholders
• support project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Why this role

Requires active authorization to practice in Puerto Rico state courts and admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico; a J.D. or equivalent and at least three years of legal experience. Federal funding compliance experience is preferred; project management experience is highly preferred.
