What you'll do

• Drive client experience and business metrics including service revenue, average ticket, client count, rebooking, membership conversion, and retail performance
• manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, and compliance
• conduct reviews and provide feedback
• build schedules
• oversee inventory
• support sales forecasting and staffing needs
• monitor reporting and costs
• resolve client concerns
• perform services and coach the team
• support local marketing, promotions, events, partnerships, and community outreach.
