What you'll do

• Answer resident signal lights and bells
• assist with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair care, and incontinence care
• obtain food trays and assist with feeding
• help residents with range-of-motion exercises, transfers, positioning, and short-distance ambulation
• take and record vital signs and food and fluid intake and output as directed
• and perform other assigned tasks.
