The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $32–$33 per hour, with additional on-call coverage pay and emergency call-out pay described in the posting. The role supports NALS Apartment Homes’ Reserve on Cave Creek community and its 237 units. The role exists to direct the maintenance team and keep the property, building systems, and apartments safe, functional, and ready for residents. As a working supervisor, the employee organizes daily work, oversees service requests and unit turns, and responds to after-hours calls and emergencies.

What you'll do

• Organize, schedule, and direct the maintenance team
• complete and oversee service requests, callbacks, make-readies, and unit turns
• inspect the property for hazards
• enforce safety practices
• maintain preventive-maintenance checklists, logs, pool safety records, and the maintenance shop
• respond to after-hours calls and emergencies. Nights and weekends may be required.
