What you'll do

• Lead monthly close and oversee general-ledger integrity
• prepare and review consolidated financial statements, budget variance analyses, and work-in-process reporting
• ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, tax requirements, and lending covenants
• partner with operations leadership on financial visibility and project performance
• coordinate annual audits and external auditor relationships
• oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll, and tax functions
• develop documented processes
• coach and lead the accounting team.
