What you'll do

• Maintain machinery and monitor plants ready for harvest, reporting concerns to management
• harvest plants according to standard operating procedures and support automated trimming as needed
• remove and hang trellis
• verify plant and rack labels
• transport harvested plants to post-harvest
• dispose of cannabis waste according to regulations and procedures
• clean and remediate rooms using industrial equipment
• assist with transferring vegetative plants
• check flowering-room equipment and report issues
• follow compliance, security, safety, and training procedures.
