The Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist role provides in-home and community-based services in Atlantic City, NJ, with cases available throughout New Jersey. Pay is $50–$60 per hour for LSW/LAC clinicians and $70–$80 per hour for LCSW/LPC clinicians. Step Up Family Services provides individualized behavioral health services to strengthen children, families, and communities. The therapist works with youth and families to address behavioral health needs, strengthen functioning, develop coping strategies, and progress toward individualized treatment goals. The role includes treatment planning, clinical interventions, documentation, and collaboration with caregivers and treatment teams.

What you'll do

• Provide IIC therapy in youth homes and community settings
• conduct scheduled sessions based on clinical needs and treatment goals
• develop, implement, review, and maintain treatment plans
• deliver appropriate interventions
• engage youth and families in treatment
• monitor progress and adjust approaches as clinically appropriate
• collaborate with caregivers and treatment teams
• complete timely clinical documentation
• participate in supervision, consultation, training, and team collaboration
• maintain licenses and credentials
• travel to assigned clients within the agreed service area.
