The Security Guard — Roving Facility Patrol works onsite in Akron, OH, with a weekday schedule: Monday through Thursday, 2:00–8:30 p.m., and Friday, 12:00–6:30 p.m. Pay is $18.50 per hour. The role supports Allied Universal’s security services at library locations and helps provide a welcoming environment for patrons and staff. What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols at locations and surrounding perimeters
• monitor activity
• report suspicious behavior and hazards
• document incidents according to site procedures.
