Process Reliability and Yield Quality Technician

The Process Reliability and Yield Quality Technician role is onsite in Ligonier, IN, with 8-hour Monday–Friday shifts; days or nights and overtime may be required. What you'll do

• Translate work instructions and control plans into timely verification
• conduct in-process inspections and document results in the Quality System
• track and interpret reliability and yield trends and communicate actions
• support safe changeovers and maintain an organized work area using 5S
• use appropriate PPE and understand lockouts and emergency stops
• troubleshoot issues and address root causes
• perform other departmental tasks assigned by supervision.
