What you'll do

• Coach and support care staff
• monitor performance and document corrective action as needed
• participate in hiring, disciplinary, and related decisions
• make daily rounds to check care assignments and standards
• verify staff hours and prepare schedules
• arrange replacement staffing
• conduct safety and infection-control checks
• maintain documentation
• coordinate training and new-hire orientation
• respond to emergency calls
• share on-call duties as required
• participate in community functions.
