What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors and answer telephone inquiries
• collect and verify identification and insurance information
• ensure forms are complete and signed
• update patient accounts
• collect and record payments and balance collections
• notify clinical staff when patients are ready
• prepare charts
• maintain confidentiality
• manage office supplies and mail
• make bank deposits as required
• and follow center policies and procedures.
