What you'll do

• Manage Division 10 projects from planning through closeout
• lead project teams and coordinate field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
• interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and change orders
• manage estimates, budgets, cost projections, and change-order pricing
• oversee procurement and material tracking
• monitor progress, labor, costs, quality, safety, and timelines
• maintain project and financial documentation
• review project invoices and requisitions
• support estimating and business development
• address project challenges.
