What you'll do

• Welcome patients and manage check-in and patient flow
• introduce new patients to the clinic
• present and sell memberships and visit packages
• answer calls and follow up with new and inactive patients
• process payments and maintain patient accounts
• ensure forms and confirmation emails are completed
• address patient questions
• maintain an organized front desk, lobby, and clinic
• complete daily checklists and support assigned marketing activities.
