What you'll do

• Oversee resident planning, safety, and well-being
• maintain knowledge of supervision requirements in individual care plans
• schedule medical appointments and ensure consultation forms are completed
• assist during medical emergencies and accompany residents to appointments
• supervise direct care staff
• support hiring and training
• and oversee new staff in-home orientation.

Why this role
