What you'll do

• Lead research and evaluation strategy and projects
• establish data collection and management processes
• develop evaluation frameworks, logic models, outcome measures, and indicators
• conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis
• prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
• communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders
• coordinate research oversight and partnerships
• and maintain appropriate confidentiality and compliance.
