What you'll do

• Make resident rounds at the start of each shift and every two hours
• verify resident identification before providing care or serving food
• report missing ID bands
• make beds and clean bedside and over-bed tables
• keep fresh drinking water within residents’ reach
• position residents comfortably
• assist with dental and mouth care
• observe and report reddened areas
• follow handwashing, nursing care, facility policy, and safety procedures.
